NGGL Update

NGGL Rules has been revised and completed at Friday November 14th 12:00am EST

Please read over the rules and please report if you see anything wrong such as:
Grammar Error
Rule Error
The Rule does not apply to the league format
Missing Rule
Suggestion

Please post all these at our new board that has been added:

Complaints / Supports Board

Also all the Battle Reports has been moved to the Battle Report Board. Currently we're creating another portal just for the Battle Reports.

***Admins decided to make a new box to the side called : Latest Matches
this will have the 5 latest games(battle reports) posted

Also want to clarify 4.8 IS new rule so it did not apply to the wars before November 14th 12:00am EST
